Service Team
Being involved in this business for past 27 years, Navin Group
still maintains a track record of excellent customer service and
a healthy market share of satisfied customers. We ensure that the
premium products are backed by professional services provided by
our well trained engineers and service team. Our service team
comprises of 60+ engineers who are given adequate training of TCL
level by the respective principal companies at their well
equipped training centers by highly trained instructors. In order
to provide better support and services, our engineers are being
deployed in all branches across Madhya Pradesh.
Inventory To
support our services we keep an inventory of

Crores, which helps us to reduce the machine idle time, hence
keeping the customer satisfied. Inventory is being systematically
managed by parts coordinator together with logistics support team
in all branches.
Customer
Support Agreement To provide higher standard of service, CSA gives the opportunity to maximize the potential of machine and focus on your core business. CSA helps to prevent machine break down hence keeping the machine healthier. We provide Blue, Silver and Gold CSA.
Training
A well equipped training centre has been set up at Indore branch to train our service team. We also educate customers at regular intervals in order to improve machine performance, maintenance, quality & production. Field training for maintenance staff and operators is also given to improve their competence to maintain and repair the machines.
Workshop
We are having a well equipped workshop of 4000 square feet in which engine overhauling is done. Till date more than 200 engines have been overhauled by our workshop engineers with 100% success rate.
